Waitlist privacy

This page covers the waitlist on this website. It does not cover the TrainersBook app.

Who is responsible

Mattias Wallentinson, Peppareds torg 12 A, 431 50 Mölndal, Sweden, is the data controller. Contact: privacy@trainersbook.app.

What we collect

Your email address and, if you choose one, whether you are a personal trainer, a gym or team, or a client. We also store when you signed up.

Why we collect it

We use it only to tell you about the launch of TrainersBook. We process it based on your consent, which you give by joining the list.

How long we keep it

We delete your details when the launch emails have been sent, and no later than 12 months after you signed up.

Where it is stored

The list is stored in a database in the EU, run by our supplier Supabase. Our website and server suppliers may briefly process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site. We do not sell your details.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time, and ask us to show, correct or delete your details. Email privacy@trainersbook.app. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
