Client management for personal trainers
Every client, plan and conversation in one place, so you can stop juggling spreadsheets and chat threads.
When your business lives in five different places
Most personal trainers start with what is at hand: a spreadsheet for programs, notes on the phone, and messages spread across several apps. That works for a few clients. As the list grows, more of your day goes to finding things instead of coaching.
One place for each client
- Own plan, notes and history. Everything about a client stays together, from the first session onwards.
- One inbox. Message one client, a group or many at once, and schedule recurring check-ins.
- Progress you can show. Strength tests, body measurements and progress photos are charted over time.
- A login for every client. Clients see their plan, log training and food, and chat with you from their own phone.
Client data kept separate
Your clients trust you with personal information. The server checks access on each request, so a trainer can only reach their own clients. Clients manage their consents under Privacy & Data, where they can also export their data and delete their account.
Getting started
- Create your account, choose "Personal Trainer" and fill in your profile.
- Create an account for each client, set their goals and build their first program.
- Follow progress, answer messages and adjust the plan from your phone.
