A workout plan app for personal trainers
Build a program for each client, send it to their phone and see what they really did, set by set.
Why programs get lost in PDFs and spreadsheets
A spreadsheet is a fine way to write a program. It is a poor way to follow one. Clients lose the file, forget what they lifted last week and send you their numbers in a chat, if they send them at all. By the next session you are coaching from memory.
TrainersBook keeps the plan and the results in the same place, so the program you wrote and the training that happened sit side by side.
How building a program works
- Start from the client. Goals, notes, tests and plans are kept together for each person.
- Use the exercise library. Build sessions from the library and add your own exercises.
- Clients follow it on their phone. Each client logs in with their own account, sees the plan and logs each session as they go.
- You see what happened. Sets, reps and weight come back to you, so the next change rests on real numbers.
Adjusting the plan as the client progresses
Strength tests, body measurements and progress photos are charted over time, which makes it easy to show a client how far they have come. An AI assistant can suggest plan changes, and you approve them before they reach the client's plan.
Common questions
Do my clients need the app too?
Yes. You create an account for each client, and they log in on their own phone to follow the plan and log training.
Can clients send me videos of their technique?
Yes. Clients can send videos in the chat, and you can review them together.
Is it available now?
Not yet. TrainersBook is coming to iPhone and Android, and the waitlist hears first.
