FitAI: an AI assistant for personal trainers
Draft plans faster and get answers about your clients, while every change to a client's plan stays your decision.
What FitAI does
- Drafts training and meal plans. Ask for a plan and use it as a starting point.
- Answers questions about your clients. Ask about any client from one conversation.
- Suggests plan changes. You approve them before they reach the client's plan.
- Reads your notes. Scan Notes turns a photo of handwritten notes into text.
- Analyses meals. Clients can describe a meal or take a photo to log it.
- Speaks the client's language. FitAI answers in English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, Spanish, French, Dutch or Polish.
You stay in control
AI should save a trainer time, not replace their judgement. Suggested plan changes wait for your approval, and AI-written messages are labelled for the client. AI can make mistakes and does not replace medical care, and the app says so where it is used.
How client data is handled
Clients choose whether they agree to AI features, and they can change that under Privacy & Data. Known names are replaced with aliases before text is sent to an AI provider.
Common questions
Will AI replace personal trainers?
We do not think so. Clients pay for accountability, judgement and a relationship. AI is useful for the admin around that work, such as drafting plans and summarising notes.
Does AI change a client's plan on its own?
No. FitAI suggests changes, and you approve them before they reach the client's plan.
Is it available now?
Not yet. TrainersBook is coming to iPhone and Android. A private beta is running with invited testers, and the waitlist hears about the launch first.
