Client progress tracking your clients can actually see
Show clients what their work has done. Every logged session feeds charts for strength, body composition and tests.
Why visible progress matters
Clients rarely notice slow change. A chart showing that their squat has climbed for six months answers the question they are too polite to ask: is this working? It also gives you something concrete to talk about in every session.
What you can track
- Overall strength score. Measured against a baseline of 100 points, built from logged training.
- Single exercises. Follow one lift at a time, with estimated one-rep max from logged sets.
- Body composition. Weight, body fat, FFMI and body measurements.
- Progress photos. Stored with the client's history.
- Client tests. Log and review tests over time.
- Consistency. Weekly sessions, total sets, goal streaks and levels such as Gold and Platinum.

Common questions
Can clients see their own progress?
Yes. Clients see their progress on their own phone, and you see the same history in your client view.
Is it available now?
Not yet. TrainersBook is coming to iPhone and Android. A private beta is running with invited testers, and the waitlist hears about the launch first.
