Track calories and macros next to your training
See what you have eaten today against your goals, in the same app as your workouts.
Why track food and training together?
Most people use one app for workouts and another for food. When both sit together, it is easier to see the whole picture and, if you have a trainer, easier for them to help.
Three quick ways to log
- Search a built-in food database.
- Describe what you ate in your own words.
- Take a photo and let AI suggest what is on the plate.
What you see
- Calories eaten and calories left today.
- Protein, carbs and fat against your targets.
- Your meals through the day, with a personal list of meals you can save.
- Recipes and diet plans from your trainer.
New to macros?
Our guide on how to count macros starts from the beginning. Keep it simple: consistency matters more than a perfect log.
Common questions
Does it replace a dietitian?
No. TrainersBook is a tool for training and nutrition follow-up. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not replace healthcare professionals.
Can my trainer see what I log?
If you work with a trainer and have agreed to it under your privacy choices, they can follow your food log and set your targets.
Is it available now?
Not yet. TrainersBook is coming to iPhone and Android. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it launches.
