Personal training studio software for the coaching itself
Most studio software is built around bookings and billing. TrainersBook is built around what happens between your trainers and their clients.
Why a studio outgrows spreadsheets
One trainer can keep everything in their head. With three or four trainers, clients get covered by a colleague, programs live in different files and the owner has to ask around to know who is active. The work needs one shared place.
What changes in a studio
- Same tools for every trainer. Programs from a library of more than 1,900 exercises, and each trainer can add their own.
- The owner sees who is training. Sessions in the last 30 days and the last session for each client, without opening their health details.
- Clients stay when trainers change. Move a client to a colleague, and the change is saved in their history.
- A clear start for new trainers. Invite them by email, and they get the same app and tools as the rest of the team.
- Between-session follow-up. Scheduled check-ins, group messages and technique video review keep clients in touch between visits.
Coaching app or studio management software?
| You need | Look for |
|---|---|
| Class schedules, memberships, payments, door access | Studio management software. TrainersBook does not do this. |
| Programs, logging, nutrition, messages, progress | A coaching app. This is what TrainersBook does. |
| Both | Keep your management system for bookings and payments, and use a coaching app for client work. Check how the two fit before you buy. |

Common questions
Does TrainersBook handle bookings and payments?
No. It has no booking, billing or payments. It covers the coaching work, and you keep your current system for the rest.
Can trainers in a studio see each other's clients?
No. A trainer can only reach their own clients. The owner and mini admins can see the organisation's client list and move clients between trainers.
Can a client be covered by another trainer?
The owner can move a client to another trainer, and the change is saved in the client's history. There is no shared access to a client for two trainers at once.
What will it cost for a team?
Pricing is not set yet. Waitlist members will hear about it before launch.
Is it available now?
Not yet. TrainersBook is coming to iPhone and Android. A private beta is running with invited testers, and the waitlist hears about the launch first.
